American Muscle Car Challenge
Wondering which American muscle car is king? Find out for yourself when you get behind the wheel of a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, 2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 and 2013 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. Experience the thrill of driving the premiere editions of these iconic American muscle cars in a real test track environment at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
A unique opportunity for muscle-car enthusiasts and thrill seekers, you will push these cars to the limit as you participate in four challenges (acceleration, breaking efficiency, cornering capability and top speed) each designed to demonstrate the superior performance characteristics of the cars. One of the cars can go from 0 to 60 mph in less than four seconds. Another can reach top speeds of 200 mph. Maybe you’ll find out which is which.
These four exciting challenges will allow you to work with props designed to measure performance and enhance the experience, including an F1-style starting line, radar displays showing your speed, digital time displays to show elapsed time, a braking module light trigger, braking distance markers and module identifiers. You will have the opportunity to come to your own conclusions and opinions on the performance of each car — and it’s entirely up to you to pick your favorite American muscle car!
